Skip Barber Racing School and Devin Jones Racing today announced a partnership for selected Super Late Model events during the 2011 Pro All Star Series (PASS) South touring series. PASS super late model stand out, Devin Jones, will be driving his #35 Skip Barber Racing School car this weekend at the PASS South opener at Anderson Motor Speedway. During this weekend’s race, Devin Jones Racing will be raffling off a Skip Barber Introduction to Racing gift certificate, worth $699, to fans attending this weekend’s event.
“I think this is a great opportunity for short track fans to become more familiar with the world class program offered by Skip Barber,” said Devin Jones. “On the off season I’ve been racing the Skip Barber Southern Regional series and will be racing the BFGoodrich/Skip Barber National presented by Mazda. This road racing program has really helped me with my short track racing. The courses available at Skip Barber Racing School will help anyone in every racing discipline. It’s one of the most affordable racing schools out there. I’m also looking forward to participating in the complete BFGoodrich/Skip Barber National presented by Mazda this year.”
The week following the PASS South race at Anderson (SC) Motor Speedway, Jones will be racing the first round of the BFGoodrich/Skip Barber National presented by Mazda during the week of the 12 hours of Sebring, in Sebring, Fla. with the American Le Mans Series.
